What form of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, American Express (via PayPal checkout) and checks/money orders by mail. You will find all of these options on the checkout page of our web site after you place your order.
Is ordering online safe?
When you order a magazine online at Magazine Values, you can be certain that no one else will have access to the information you provide. To process transactions, we collect information related to each transaction, such as the amount and the necessary identifying information, including the account numbers or email addresses of the parties involved. During the processing of transactions, we collect verification information from our credit card authorization service.
Will you automatically renew my subscriptions like many magazine websites?
No, we do not automatically renew your subscriptions for you. We will send you an email a few months before your subscription has expired and invite you to renew your subscriptions through us. We will continue to provide you with the same quality subscriptions and service and hope you will continue to use us as your subscription agency.
When will I receive my subscription?
We process your subscription as soon as you place your order. The actual delivery date of your first issue will depend on how frequently the magazine you've ordered is published and when the next issue is scheduled to be distributed by the publisher. In general, you can expect to receive your first issue in 8 to 12 weeks. Weekly or more frequently published magazine should arrive within 6 to 10 weeks of your order. Monthly subscriptions generally take 8 to 12 weeks to start. For digital subscriptions, you will be sent an email by the publisher 2 to 4 weeks after placing your order with instructions on how you can view/download your subscription. You will then be emailed a link each time a new issue comes out. Be assured that these are standard industry lead times. Note that your subscription ultimately starts when you receive your first issue, not when you placed your order. This means that you will receive all the issues you subscribed to starting with your first issue.
Can I renew my current subscription through you?
Certainly! You can always renew your existing magazine, even if you purchased your current subscription through someone else. We fulfill your orders with the publishers so that you will not receive duplicate copies. Please make sure the name and address you use match the label on your current subscription. When filling out our order form, you will need to select "renewal" to let us know.
Can I send gift subscriptions through you?
Yes. After you hit the purchase button on the magazine detail page, it will ask you if it is a gift subscription. Just select "Yes" and you will be able to enter your gift recipient's mailing information. Your order can contain as many gift subscriptions to as many people as you like. You can also purchase an optional gift notification card for us to mail to your gift recipient.
What is your refund policy?
We cannot refund money for magazine orders if the customer wishes to cancel. Since we remit money to fulfillment houses and publishers for those orders and cannot get it back after the order is placed, we are unable to refund the subscription. If, however, there is a problem with your order (like a magazine subscription not starting within 4 months*), we will gladly refund or credit your subscription cost.
*Due to differing rules Correctional Facilities have on allowing magazine subscriptions, we cannot guarantee delivery of subscriptions to them. No refunds will be given for undeliverable subscriptions to Correctional Facilities.
Are there any shipping or handling charges?
There are no shipping or handling charges. The price you see is the full price for a year subscription, unless noted otherwise.
Can I order back issues of magazines through your site?
At this time, we are unable to sell individual copies of specific magazines or articles, although we hope to add this service in the future.
Does Magazine Values offer international subscriptions?
Magazine Values only offers subscriptions in the United States.

We sell over 2,500 titles as of today. We are always looking to add new titles to our catalog so if you don’t see a magazine you want, please check back in the future.
